Devon Scouts

The Scout Association provides adventurous activities and personal development opportunities for over 7,500 young people aged 6 to 25 in Devon. Scouts are boys and girls between 6 and 24 years old and have a desire to have fun, play games, learn new skills and have outdoor activities.

Activities are geared to our age ranges, 6 to 8 years (Beavers), 8 to 10 years (Cub Scouts), 10 to 14 years (Scouts), 14 to 18 years (Explorer Scouts), 18 to 24 (Network). One week it could be teaching survival skills, cooking, orienteering, community work, the next exploring map skills or putting up tents. What we can guarantee is that no two weeks are the same as the young people do different things each week to earn their badges and awards. We are open to anyone from all faiths, backgrounds and abilities and welcome everyone.
